Where is justice?

I just got finished reading that book Triumph Of Justice about the civil trial of o.j simpson, where they found him guilty of murding his ex-wife and her friend. Why did he walk free at his murder trial? Is it because most of the jury was black at his murder trial? they had black and asian and hispanic people on the civil trial and all 12 found him guilty! Is the old saying true-you can take a monkey out of the jungle ,but you can't take the jungle out of the monkey!

And don't call me racist, cause i like monkeys lol.

All i can say is GOD SAVE AMERICA!

The burden of proof is so much less in a civil trial than in a criminal trial. The investigating officers and the prosecution made some mistakes in their investigation and in processing the crime scene and preservation of the evidence which cost them the case and he was acquitted. This doesn't mean that he wasn't guilty, just that the prosecution couldn't prove he committed the crime due to their mistakes. That's why investigators, police, etc. should exercise caution when handling a crime scene and the evidence found. Civil procedure is much different and like I said, the burden of proof is less in civil court.
